Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it and how it is protected.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, mobile number, city, the course you are interested in, your learner type, your preferred callback time and any message you choose to add.

We do not collect information you have not entered yourself, and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How enquiries are processed

Your enquiry is used for one purpose: so the BCE team can contact you about your learning goals and answer your questions.

Once your enquiry is verified, a notification containing your details is sent to the BCE enquiry recipient so a team member can respond.

OTP verification

To confirm that the contact details belong to you, we send a one-time code to your email address and, where SMS delivery is configured, to your mobile number.

Codes are generated and checked on our server, expire after a short period, allow only a limited number of attempts and are never used for marketing.

Security

Enquiry data is stored in a protected database. Verification codes are stored in hashed form, never in plain text, and are not readable from the website.

Access to enquiry data is restricted to the server-side process that handles enquiries and notifications.

Data retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation. Verification records are short-lived and removed after they expire.

Your rights

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. We will act on reasonable requests.
